Say hi to Connie, one of the most loving people I’ve met; the moment you step into her space, it’s instant kindess and care.
Connie runs yoga classes and Kirtan events across Sussex, often supported by her community based in Eastbourne.
We first shot at her previous base, The Sussex Shala - a stunning private yurt at the base of the South Downs. I sat in on one of her yoga classes, kept cosy by the log burner.
Once class was finished and hugs were to be had, we headed to Friston Forest to catch some nature-based Kirtan content.
I am SO grateful that I put trust in lovely Sophie for capturing photos & videos for my yoga business - I have always loved her nature inspired shots and her unique style, but I was absolutely speechless when I got the content back at how perfectly it was captured & how much they suited my brand. Not only is her art absolutely beautiful but she also had a way of making me feel so calm & relaxed in front of the camera, considering how awkward I usually am having photos taken.
