As a freelancer, it is important for me to note the following across all services. When you enquire about a service, we will discuss your project’s needs before moving finalising.

Travel & Locations

• Travel within 20 miles of Ashdown Forest is included.

• Additional travel beyond this distance may be charged.

Extra Time

I generously allow for flexibility on shoot days, however extreme overtime beyond the listed package duration may be charged.

Image & Video Usage

• All delivered images and videos include full usage rights for marketing, social media, and personal projects for your business only.

• For commercial resale, licensing, or stock use, please get in touch.

Editing & Revisions

• All images and videos are professionally edited for lighting, colour, and minor touch-ups.

• Minor revisions are included; any edits requested will remain in keeping with my professional style, ensuring the images stay natural and authentic.

Please note: I do not edit images to alter a person’s body shape or appearance. My approach celebrates natural, beautiful, authentic imagery.

Booking & Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of the final images or videos.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a rescheduled date if needed.

Delivery Times

• Headshots: delivered within 48 hours.

• Personal Photoshoots: You will receive tasters within 48 hours

• Delivery of all other projects may differ seasonally, but I aim to deliver content within 10 working days.

Weather & Outdoor Shoots

• I’m no fair-weather lady, however, shoots are subject to weather conditions.

• If conditions are truly unsuitable, a reschedule may be necessary.
